Financial Planning & Analyst Lead

Rho AI is hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis Lead to support and scale financial operations. As the FP&A Lead, you will play an integral role in building out frameworks for best practices in tracking and forecasting revenue, managing product and business unit financials, and interfacing with accounting. Additionally, you will lead initiatives at Rho towards corporate compliance concerning healthcare data protocols, national security data protocols, and benefit corporation protocols. This is an opportunity for a self-starter to build out new systems and grow in a creative and technical environment.

As a Financial Planning & Analyst Lead, you will:

  • Develop and maintain integral financial models for tracking KPIs and Key Financial Metrics on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Develop and maintain financial projections for company revenue and expenses
  • Prepare internal financial reports for leadership to facilitate decision making and meaningful action
  • Work with individual business unit leads to prepare and maintain budgets
  • Interface with the company’s CFO to facilitate and analyze monthly and yearly financial statements
  • Work with leadership and analyze competitive landscape to identify opportunities for company growth through investment in key resources
  • Develop and lead company initiatives in compliance programs for healthcare data, national security data, and benefit corporation protocols

You have:

  • (Must)  Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • (Must)  Experience in financial modeling, financial analysis, balance sheet and cash flow analysis, financial forecasting
  • (Must)  Strong and creative problem solving skills


  • (Should)  Strong interpersonal skills for communicating complex topics in succinct ways
  • (Should)  Comfort with accounting practices, including GAAP accounting and financial reporting
  • (Nice)  Built systems that process large amounts of data and traffic.
  • (Nice)  Strong computer science principles, and algorithmic skills.
  • (Nice)  Experience with machine learning applications.
